1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Tourist Guide AI (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the App.

2. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use Tourist Guide AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or have parental consent if under 18)
• Provide accurate information when creating an account
• Not use the App in any way that violates local, national, or international laws
• Not interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code

4. Plans & Payments

Acces to the app requires a paid plan. All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Plans do not automatically renew. No refunds are provided for partial plan periods.

5. AI-Generated Content

Routes, suggestions, translations, and information provided by Tourist Guide AI are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. You are responsible for verifying important details (prices, opening hours, safety, etc.) before use.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of photos and text you upload. By using the App, you grant Tourist Guide AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and process your content solely to provide and improve the service.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, branding, and AI-generated templates are owned by Tourist Guide AI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tourist Guide AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to travel delays, financial loss, or personal injury, even if advised of the possibility.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms the service or other users.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Barcelona.
